IDB Servicing provides IT support, marketing consulting and related business services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement, which controls in the event of a conflict with these terms.

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false, misleading or unlawful information through our forms.

By submitting any of the forms on this site and signing up for texts, you consent to receive marketing text messages (e.g. promos, cart reminders). Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. You are providing your cell phone and e-mail address and hereby consent to the receipt of correspondence/messages regarding transactions with IDB Servicing INC on either medium. I also hereby consent to the receipt of text messages knowing that msg. and data rates may apply. I understand that consent to receive texts is not a condition of approval. I can expect approx. 100 msgs/month. I/we certify that all the information contained herein is complete, true and accurate.

Fees for services are set out in the applicable proposal or agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due on the terms specified in that document, and late amounts may be subject to reasonable interest or suspension of services.

You agree to provide timely access, information, approvals and cooperation reasonably required for us to deliver services, and to maintain appropriate licensing for any third-party software used in your environment.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and marks, is the property of IDB Servicing INC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Ownership of deliverables produced under an engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement.

IDB Servicing utilizes trusted third-party service providers to help operate and deliver our services. These providers may include cloud hosting providers, customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, email delivery services, SMS communication providers, payment processors, electronic signature providers, analytics services, and customer support tools.

Examples of providers may include Twilio, Resend, Google Cloud, Supabase, Stripe, DocuSign, or similar technology vendors used to support our business operations.

These providers receive only the information necessary to perform services on behalf of IDB Servicing and are contractually required to safeguard customer information. We are not responsible for the availability, performance or policies of those third parties.

IDB Servicing does not sell, rent, trade, license, or share customer personal information with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.

Customer information is used solely to provide requested services, communicate with customers, process applications, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, ranking or revenue result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IDB Servicing INC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability arising from an engagement will not exceed the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the notice provisions of the applicable agreement. Fees for work performed prior to termination remain payable.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
